Smability Aire solutions (SMAA I & II) also differ from others in the way they are contracted. The solutions are contracted for at least 6 months of service, however there may be exceptions that will be evaluated according to each case. Throughout the contracted period, the client receives support and/or updates of both software (updates in the Cloud Data Platform) or hardware (updates, adjustments or repairs on the SMAA I or II device (s)). The service does not require hardware and software purchases.

Yes. Generally, after contracting the solution(s), the client can request training on the use of the device(s) and cloud platform. Training can be done online or at the project site; this will depend on the client request and project scope.

In the event of failure or malfunction of the CDP and SMAA devices these will be replaced or upgraded. The time spent on fixes and updates will be compensated according to the needs and scope of the project.

 

Yes. If required by the client, a post-analysis of the air quality data carried out during the period or periods of contracting the solutions can be generated. Consulting services represent a different effort and therefore will require on a case by cases basis the generation of a technical and economic proposal
